Terms and Conditions

• Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link or location details.

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• No-shows (missing the session without notice) are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• Sessions may be recorded at your request. You will receive the recording by email and are responsible for downloading it within 30 days.

• All sessions are confidential and conducted in a spirit of trust, clarity, and respect.

• This is a sacred and professional space. Disruptive, disrespectful, rude or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
